This episode of The BosBabes lifestyle sports podcast is a special one. It is part 1 of a 2 part feature with Max Lane, a New England Patriots Alumni from the early 90s squad. BosBabes host Brittany Baldi chats with Max and gets all of the details from his early years.
As a child, Max enjoyed his time growing up in the small town of Norborne Missouri. His mom was a teacher and his dad owned his own business. His town had only 700 people in it! Norborne is the soybean capital of the world, and Max said one of his fondest memories was attending the yearly soybean festival each summer with his family.
Max loved the sport of football! Even as a kid he had posters of former NFL stars Howie Long and Joe Montana hanging up in his bedroom… Max got star struck, when he had the opportunity to meet Joe! He details the story in this podcast episode.
Max attended a naval prep school in Newport Rhode Island and played collegiate football at the US Naval Academy! Lots of football stories are shared…even his love/hate relationship with Notre Dame!
